The state of Georgia requires that real estate closings be conducted by attorneys.  Tom and Chris bring a combined 46 years of law practice to the closing table.  They are capable of handling the toughest legal issues in the most complex commercial closings, and yet treat the standard residential closing with the same amount of attention and care.

Thomas (Tom) D. Perrie – Yale University, 1963, B.S. Industrial administration, minors in electrical engineering and computer science. U.S. Navy carrier pilot 1963 – 1969 (rank of Lt. Commander). University of Virginia Law School, 1972, J.D. (juris doctor); Order of the Coif (law school equivalent of Phi Beta Kappa). 37 years of practice experience in multiple forms of corporate and business law, high technology, construction contracting and residential and commercial real estate law.

Christopher (Chris) B. Little – Furman University, 1996, B.A. History, minors in Sociology and Philosophy. University of South Carolina Law School, 2000, J.D. (juris doctor); 10 years of practice in residential and commercial real estate law.

Nell Jones – University of N.C., Bachelor of Music (BM) 1969; Emory Law School, 1980, J.D. (juris doctor); along with English, fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.

CLOSING PARALEGALS

Our paralegals are highly experienced and excellent in all aspects of the closing process. We do NOT divide our staff into pre-closers, closers and post-closers in order to try to save a few bucks. We require complete training and knowledge in all aspects of closings. Real estate agents and lenders that work with our team quickly realize that they are dealing with professionals who know what they are doing and always go the extra mile to get the job done correctly and on time.

Shannon Crawford – Shannon specializes in all areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate and has 10 of years experience. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Amy North – Amy graduated from Florida State University in 2003 with a B.A. in history and a minor in education.  She has almost 7 of years experience in all aspects of the Real Estate closing process

Heather Simpson - Heather has 6 years of experience in all aspects of real estate closings.  She is the doting mother of two children, Zachary and Kaitlyn.
